Michael Ansa is principal of Ansa Group, a Leadership Development and Coaching firm specializing in Organizational Learning, Team Development and Executive Coaching.
Prior to starting Ansa Group in the spring of 2011, Michael worked as a senior consultant at Interaction Associates, a global leadership consulting firm. Michael is passionate about how meaning, language, roles and values are negotiated and maintained in the cultural life of organizations and with how these organizational variables mediate change and design. In addition, Michael’s philosophy on The Whole© leader supports leaders’ development of authentic body, voice and vision in their work, and his coaching work helps leaders translate these “parts” into execution and organizational health and growth, through people.
Michael has worked extensively in Africa, Asia-Pac, Middle East and Europe delivering organization development and learning solutions to clients, including many Fortune 500 companies. Michael grew up in Ghana, Australia and the UK. He has presented extensively on topics ranging from Strategic Thinking to Organizational Change and Self Leadership. Michael holds an MA from Boston University and an MBA from Pepperdine University and uses multiple modalities in his coaching work, including the principles of Strategy, Change Management, Philosophy and Strategy. Michael is a certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West and Third Space, UK.
